WE MOVED CLOSER TO MY HEALTH GOALS; SUPPLEMENTS TAILORED TO MY BODY'S SPECIFIC NEEDS ACCORDING TO MY INITIAL TESTING, INCORPORATED MORE HEALTHY DAILY HABITS ASIDE FROM NUTRITION- GUA SHA, DRY BRUSHING, MORNING SUNLIGHT/WALK, LEARNED SPECIFIC NUTRIENTS TO ASSIST WITH MY PREGNANCY BY TRIMESTER. I COULDN'T RECOMMEND HER MORE. WE WORKED ON AND HAD SUCCESS WITH EVERYTHING WE COULD IMPROVE WHILE BEING PREGNANT. I REALLY ENJOYED WORKING TOGETHER AND LIKED HER APPROACH VERY MUCH WITH THE TOPICS FOR WEEKLY FOCUS, YET LETTING ME DECIDE HOW MUCH I WANTED TO DELVE INTO EACH AREA OF FOCUS. Working with Sara during my 2nd pregnancy was SO helpful! She was able to make suggestions for easy changes I could make to my daily routine and diet that made a huge difference in the negative symptoms I was experiencing. She also went through all of the prenatal supplements I was taking (there were a lot) and was able to suggest more effective and more natural versions. After a week of working with Sara, my pregnancy related nausea, headaches, fatigue, and insomnia were much improved! I cannot recommend her enough.

Sara was an amazing resource postpartum. I found out about her through a mom group on Facebook and I'm so glad I did because she was such a wealth of knowledge.
